Kimberly Crabtree, R.N., PCMH Coordinator
Kimberly was raised in a small community in northern Arizona. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Azusa Pacific University in 2003. Following graduation, Kimberly worked for Children’s Hospital of Los Angeles until 2007 when she, her husband, and infant son moved to Battle Mountain, Nevada. While in Nevada, Kimberly began and taught the Health Occupations program for the local high school as well as beginning a state-approved nursing assisting course. Kimberly, her husband, and three sons now reside in Burney. They love the community and are active in their church. Kimberly cannot think of a better place to raise her family.
